Do you have a toddler at home and need some toddler meal ideas? You’ve come to the right place! I’ve come up with breakfast, lunch, and dinner ideas for those picky eaters!
I have a 21 month old and she has become quite the picky eater! Sometimes she will finish everything I give her and other days she doesn’t eat much. I’m always trying to come up with creative ways to give her foods that are nutrient dense and taste yummy. I always try to mix it up by giving my toddler a variety of healthy options!
Breakfast
Lunch
Dinner
Keep in mind:
- All toddlers and kids eat different quantities and amounts. I always encourage my toddler to try everything on her plate before offering more servings.
- Make sure to cut up food that could be a choking hazard like berries, veggies, and meat.
- Also, if your toddler is struggling to eat what you prepared, try giving them a condiment like ketchup or ranch! My toddler will usually try anything I give her if I provide ketchup on the side.
- This silicone food plate is from Amazon and is perfect for sticking onto the high chair tray. Make sure you find a plate or bowl that suctions onto the tray to avoid your toddler from throwing food everywhere!
- I always put on a silicone bib on my toddler, they’re easy to clean and super helpful for catching any food that doesn’t make it in their mouths! We also love these toddler Munchkin utensils and Munchkin sippy cups.
I hope this gave you some meal ideas for your toddler, thanks for stopping by! Head over to Instagram to see more food ideas for kids! @cathyjune17
