We spent last week celebrating Sophia’s 4th birthday! She chose a Halloween themed birthday party and wanted to have her friends and family dress up in costumes. Since her birthday is October 8th, it’s a perfect theme to have for a fall birthday. I wanted to make it cute and girly and loved how it all turned out!
I always enjoy putting together a balloon arch for my girls’ birthday parties. I got a pack of Halloween balloons that came with the black bat balloon which was a fun addition to the balloon arch. I love the black, pink, and orange colors for Halloween time!
I made the backdrop using table covers from the Dollar Store. I needed something that would cover up our gallery wall of family pictures and the backdrop was perfect for that.
Here are some links for the items on the dessert table:
A friend of mine made these cookies, and they were so soft and tasted delicious! If you’re in the Denver area, I highly recommend her for personalized cookies!
Aren’t these party favor bags the cutest? I found this set of bags from Home Goods and knew I had to buy them for Sophia’s party.
I also found these witch party hats from Home Goods, I set these out for the kids to wear during the party.
I found this haunted house fort kit at Target and knew that it would be something the kids could do during the birthday party. The brand is Mondo Llama and they have themed kits every season. It definitely was a big hit during the party!
Sophia wanted to dress up as Moana and Amelia wanted to be Rapunzel. They love dressing up as princesses and as a girl mom, I’m loving it! I’m surprised that Sophia didn’t ask for a princess party, there is always next year!
We loved celebrating Sophia turning 4! She had a blast opening presents and seeing her friends and family come over. She is our feisty, smart, sensitive, kind, and loving girl who we love so much. Thanks for stopping by!
